Candice Iyog, Cebu Pacific spokesperson said, “We are so excited to be bringing our trademark low fares to this new market and we are confident that this new service will spur travel and more business activities in Tuguegarao and its neighboring provinces. We hope to bring growth in this area as we have done in other parts of the country where we currently operate.”

She added, “Our entry to this new destination has immediately caused the lowering of fares by other airlines that used to monopolize the route and this is good news for the traveling public. CEB is also offering the lowest all-inclusive fares to Tuguegarao. This is a clear manifestation of our commitment to provide low fares to as many Filipinos.”

Cebu Pacific has just announced the extension of its ALL-IN Seat Sale up to June 22. “If people act quickly, they can even avail of a P699 all inclusive seat sale fare from Manila to Tuguegarao. This even cheaper than taking a bus to Northern Luzon.” Iyog emphasized.

Cebu Pacific continues to be the single largest domestic carrier in the Philippines with the most number of domestic destinations that will also include Naga next Tuesday and San Jose Mindoro on July 1, 2008.

Cebu Pacific has flown 5.5 million passengers in 2007. It has a fleet of ten A319s, eight A320s, and two ATR 72-500 aircraft. The airline flies to 15, soon to be 16 international destinations with the addition of Kota Kinabalu on July 18, 2008.
