Making a Booking
There are four (5) ways to book a Cebu Pacific Seat
- via www.cebupacificair.com
- by calling Cebu Pacific Call Centre at (+632) 70-20-888
- at the airport and city ticket offices
- via local travel agents
- by SMS
Cebu Pacific accepts bookings up to 4 hours before the scheduled departure time of any Cebu Pacific flight. However, online bookings can be made only up to 24 hours before time of departure.
Once booking is confirmed, you will receive a Booking Reference and your e-Ticket Transaction Receipt shall be sent to the email address you specified shortly after the online payment is done. Should the owner of the designated email address not receive the transaction receipt in 2 hours, you may call us at (+632) 70-20-888. Kindly print the e-Ticket Transaction Receipt to gain entry into the airport, and present this at check-in, along with a valid photo ID and the credit card used for your flight transaction. The name in the photo-ID should match the guest name that was entered upon booking. Sample valid photo-Ids are as follows: passport, Social Security System (SSS) ID, Tax Identification Number (TIN) ID with photo, credit card with photo and driver’s license.
Since Cebu Pacific allows online purchase for your relatives and friends, you may simply email to them the e-Ticket Transaction Receipt. No need for the cardholder (that’s you) to be part of the traveling party. But please provide them with a photocopy of the front portion of your credit card as they will be asked to present this at check-in.
Changing a Booking
All bookings on Cebu Pacific can be changed subject to the following conditions.
Flight dates, times and routes may be changed subject to availability and upon payment of a rebooking fee of PhP300 + VAT for domestic; PhP1,500 for international (or local currency equivalent) per sector per guest plus fare difference between the original total price paid and the lowest total price available for the new flight at the time the change is made. If the total price is lower on the new flight, no refund will be made and guest will only have to pay the change fee.
Bookings may be changed at least four (4) hours before scheduled time of departure by:
- calling Cebu Pacific’s Call Center at (+632) 70-20-888
- dropping by Cebu Pacific’s airport and city ticket offices
Names cannot be changed on any Cebu Pacific reservation. Please ensure that the name you use on your booking is the same name indicated in your photo-ID. Any discrepancy in the name will need to be re-issued at a cost.
Changes may not be permitted on selected promotional fares.
