The Philippines’ largest national flag carrier, Cebu Pacific will commence direct Hong Kong-Kalibo (Boracay) flights on March 23.
To mark the new route, a special ticket price of HK$388 will run until January 12 or until seats last, for travel from March 23 to June 30.
The thrice weekly Kalibo-Hong Kong service is CEB’s first direct international route to and from Kalibo International Airport, gateway to the world-renowned Boracay Island. Using one of CEB’s brand-new Airbus jets, the flight will depart Kalibo at 2:35pm and arrive in Hong Kong at 5:05pm. The return flight leaves Hong Kong at 5:50pm and arrives in Kalibo at 8:20pm.

US-based Travel + Leisure Magazine named Boracay the 4th top island in the world in the World’s Best Awards 2011. It bettered Hawaii, Sicily, Great Barrier Reef Islands and Galapagos.
After the seat sale, the lowest year-round Lite Fare from Kalibo to Hong Kong is HK$428.
Meanwhile, CEB also offers an international seat sale to the Philippines, for travel from February 1 to April 30, 2012. This includes $168 seats from Hong Kong to Clark and Cebu, and $248 seats from Hong Kong to Manila.
Singapore seats to Manila, Cebu and Clark start at S$29. The seat sale includes promo seats from Brunei, Kota Kinabalu, Xiamen,Bangkok, Macau, Guangzhou, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Taipei, Beijing, Busan, Incheon, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Osaka and Shanghai to thePhilippines.
