Blocked Space Arrangement
CEB Cargo offers fixed and guaranteed space allocation for customers who require it. Rates are negotiated per-requirement basis, and cargo must be accepted up to two hours before the scheduled flight departure.
ATR Charter
CEB Cargo provides chartered services using the ATR72-500 aircraft. With an average capacity of 5,500 Kg of loose cargo and a maximum gross weight of 50kg per piece, this service is ideal for specific cargo transportation needs.
Transshipments

Booking a Cargo
To book a cargo, provide the following details to [email protected] or any of the email addresses mentioned above:

Once booking is confirmed, you will be provided with an AWB (Air Waybill) number. It is important to note that shipments must be accepted at the warehouse four (4) hours before the flight.
Please note that only accredited freight forwarders can transact with Cebu Pacific Air for international cargo.

CEB Cargo: Shipping Cargo
For cargo shipments originating from Manila, customers can send their cargo to the Cargo Terminal Building near NAIA Terminal 4 in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. CEB Cargo accepts cargo for all domestic destinations.
The charges for domestic and international cargoes are based on cargo classification, actual weight or volume (whichever is higher), and declared value. The deadline for accepting cargo is 4-6 hours before the scheduled flight departure, depending on the aircraft type.
Currently, CEB Cargo only provides airport-to-airport cargo service and does not offer door-to-door service. Cash is the accepted mode of payment for domestic cargoes.
The delivery time for cargo shipments depends on the availability of flight space. Passenger baggage is given priority over cargo due to space and weight limitations.
Customers can track cargo shipments by inputting their airway bill number on the CEB Cargo tracking facility.
CEB Cargo: Cargo Acceptance
Valuable items and documents like passports, seaman’s books, land titles, and NSO certificates are accepted with special handling fees.
Surfboards can be sent through CEB Cargo for ATR aircraft flights, but only surfboards below 6ft in size are acceptable due to baggage compartment restrictions.
Dangerous goods are not accepted on CEB Cargo flights. The following are considered dangerous items (from Cebu Pacific Dangerous Goods List):
- Explosives, flammable or non-inflammable gas (such as aerosol paints, butane gas, lighter refills)
- Refrigerated gas (such as filled aqualung cylinders, liquid nitrogen)
- Flammable liquids (such as paints, thinners, solvents)
- Flammable solids (such as matches, fire lighters)
- Organic peroxides (such as resins)
- Poisons
- Infective substances (such as viruses and bacteria)
- Radioactive material (such as radium)
- Corrosive materials (such as acid, alkali, mercury, thermometer)
- Magnetic substances, oxidizing materials (such as bleaches)
- Weapons such as antique firearms, swords, knives, and similar items. For special reasons, such items may only be allowed in checked baggage at our discretion.
For flights utilizing the A330 service, CEB Cargo accepts live animals and human remains in limited quantities. ATR service has restrictions on cargo dimensions and weight, with a maximum dimension of 50cm x 50cm x 50cm and a weight limit of 35kg per piece.
CEB Cargo: Receiving Cargo
Customers can claim their cargo for incoming shipments to Manila at the Cargo Releasing Office of Philippine Skylanders Inc. located at ICT Building, Mia Road, Brgy. 198, Pasay, Metro Manila, near NAIA Terminal 2 – PAL Cargo Warehouse. The consignee must present a valid ID and note the Air Waybill Number, which can be coordinated with the shipper.
Suppose the consignee cannot claim the cargo personally and will send a representative. In that case, the representative must bring an authorization letter signed by the consignee and valid IDs of both the consignee and the authorized representative.
If the cargo is not claimed immediately after reaching the destination, highly perishable cargos are disposed of within 24 hours, while non-perishable cargos are disposed of after thirty days. Storage fees apply after the first 72 hours upon arrival.
