In addition to the acquisitions, Cebu Pacific has signed a damp lease agreement with Bulgaria Air, the flag carrier of Bulgaria, to rent two aircraft from January to May. These aircraft will be based in Manila and serve select flights to Cebu and Davao. Cebu Pacific chose Bulgaria Air as its damp lease partner due to their track record of successful collaborations with other airlines.
