Cebu Pacific (CEB), the country’s single largest airline to the ASEAN region offers P1 seats for its Manila-Legaspi service. The promotional seat sale run from April 26, 2008 to June 30, 2008; and is good for travel for the same period.
Fare is non-refundable and exclusive of surcharges and government taxes.

Cebu Pacific is currently the biggest airline operating three daily flights to Legaspi.
With the promotional fare, the all-inclusive one-way ticket to Legaspi would cost P1,180 while an almost eleven-hour bus ride will cost nearly P800.

Now in its 13th year, Cebu Pacific has the youngest fleet in the country. The airline flew 5.5 million passengers in 2007. Cebu Pacific flies to 14, soon to be 16 international destinations, with the addition of Kaohsiung and Kota Kinabalu in the coming months. Cebu Pacific also operates flights to 21 domestic destinations.
