Cebu Pacific Airlines, the country’s top domestic airline (CEB) will be upgrading its host reservation system from Navitaire 1.3 to Navitaire 3.1 on March 2, 2010.
Starting March 1, 6pm until March 2, 2am, passengers will be unable to book online or make changes to their bookings. Those who wish to take Cebu Pacific Airlines flights during the downtime period can proceed to the airport and purchase their tickets before their flights.
The airline also encourages passengers traveling during the downtime to secure their tickets ahead of time.
Cebu Pacific Airlines hopes for the understanding and patience of its guests, since the upgrade will provide better service to Cebu Pacific Airlines’s growing number of passengers.
