Cebu Pacific offers optional seat selection and prepaid excess baggage
Cebu Pacific (CEB) passengers may already reserve their preferred seats for a fee starting September 18, 2008. Guests, who do not avail of this optional service, will continue to get their seat allocated for free at the airport upon check-in.
