Cebu Pacific Air rolled out on March 30, 2015 its Cebu Pacific Mobile App Android version of the mobile app that has been available in iOS devices since December 2014. The Cebu Pacific Mobile App allows users to book flights for up to 14 passengers including children and infants to 63 destinations in 18 countries in the Middle East, Australia, North Asia, and Southeast Asia.

Developed by UK-based technology company Ink, the Cebu Pacific app for Android also allows users to check-in for flights, pay for prepaid baggage, and choose a seat.. Boarding passes are available for printing or saving through an Android device. Any payment is via credit card.

However, mobile check-in is currently only available for people who booked their flights using their mobile device or online. It is also not available for guests with infants, passengers that require special handling, check-through flights, and interline flights. Mobile check-in will only be available at a minimum of 4 hours before a scheduled international flight and two hours for domestic flights.

CEB VP for Marketing and Distribution Candice Iyog encourages Cebu Pacific guests to take advantage of the new app. The Cebu Pacific Mobile app is a major convenience for passengers eligible for mobile check-in, especially during peak periods when many people are travelling. Passengers who do not have the app can still check-in via the Cebu Pacific website. The can also use any of the self-service kiosks found at the airport.
